 Eprom opened a new office in Barcelona!

The Spanish economy is hit severely by the world-wide financial crisis. Spain’s economical growth rate has been one of the highest of Europe the last decade, mainly because of the Spanish ‘Real Estate Boom’. However, now that the housing sector collapsed, the motor of the Spanish economy disappeared. As a result, the Spanish economy is shrinking and the unemployment rate is increasing every day, hitting 18 % now. 

To secure durable economic growth, Spain needs a new economic growth model, based on innovation, knowledge and an increase of labour productivity. Eprom is convinced that Strategic Human Resource Management can play an important role in achieving this.
