Result-oriented Performance Evaluation

Employee performance and development are linked to organizational objectives

With the Result-oriented Performance Evaluation Process employee performance and development are managed from within agreements between manager and employee on individual results to achieve.

In an annual planning and control process with periodic review meetings, manager and employee set and evaluate the individual results the employee has to achieve. Starting point is that the results contribute to the organizational objectives and are in line with the employees individual ambitions. By considering the relationship between manager and employee as a customer-supplier -relationship in which results are delivered, the performance evaluation review remains objective and the stakes of both manager and employee are taken into account.

Eprom organizes interactive workshops to practice with the challenges and pitfalls that come with organizing unbiased review meetings between manager and employee. Furthermore Eprom has developed the Internet Resultmanager in which all information on the performance evaluation process can be documented so that it becomes easily accessible for manager and employee as well as the HR-department.
