Result Management

A unique management philosophy

Eprom works from within a unique vision on management and organizations called Result Management.

Result Management is based on the idea that employees will perform at their best when they can commit themselves from an autonomous position to own customers. Working motivation will increase when employees can deliver products and services to own customers receiving elbowroom to implement unique solutions and to experience learning effects. Such working situations become effective by managing results.

The balance between the amount of structure in the organization and the commitment of employees to the organization is decisive for the extent in which employees take individual responsibility. Too much structure will lead to bureaucratic anonymity because people can hide themselves behind rules and procedures. Too much social cohesiveness will lead to social anonymity where people disappear in the group. Result Management avoids both forms of anonymity by clarifying the individual value of people in the organization.

Results are hereby considered as products or services that are valuable for customers. Therefore a result-oriented organization is consistently focused on creating value for customers. By also solving organizational issues from within the external value that is created for customers, less energy is spend on defining internal procedures and systems. The organization will become more flexible and innovative to anticipate on market developments and changing customer demands, so that the organizational competitiveness and success will increase.
